The Pacific North West Elite mandate is to find and develop young athletes of the highest caliber.
The players are chosen based on ability, character, integrity, worth ethic and commitment.
The Elite player must be a dedicated team member who is both coachable and highly competitive. Parents also play an important role in this process.

Player Development is our primary objective. The Pacific North-West Elite Club focuses on the detail of the individual skills players need to develop in order to excel to their maximum potential. Excellent demonstration and detailed explanations are a top priority in teaching these elite athletes. Our program believes 80% skill and 20% system is the key to individual and team success.
Our goal is to not just develop our team into great hockey players but also through hard work, dedication and practice we will develop strong people on and off the ice.

The PNW Hockey club is very pleased to present the most advanced Rep Prep skills camp in the Okanagan.
The 6.5 to 7.5 hours of on-ice instruction will be centered on enhancing each player’s individual skills such as edge work, stick handling, skating in tight areas, foot speed, shooting, deking and much more.
The skill enhancement is based on using proven NCAA/Pro Hockey training techniques, psychology, experience and excellent instruction brought to the ice by Clay Simmons.
