The Foothills Elite program began in 1994 with one team of players born in 1984 and grew to teams at all ages over the years. Many players have had an opportunity to develop at a higher level of competition and graduated to levels of hockey including, Junior A, NCAA, Semi-Pro and of course the NHL. check out the Hall of Fame to see some of our drafted alumni.

The Foothills Elite program provides its coaches with guidelines and direction that successfully gives players an opportunity to advance their skills and knowledge of the game to better equip them for the highest levels of the game. As one of the longest running spring programs in existence, Foothills Elite continues to develop some of Hockey’s great talents.

When a player has been selected to play on one of our spring teams, that player can be proud to be part of one of the most successful programs on this continent.
