Goaltending is a very repetitive position based on muscle memory, skill, and athleticism. We strive to build good habits by developing the basic fundamentals through repetitive drills and movements
Each drill is a building block that leads into the next drill. By breaking each drill, each movement, each technique into it’s basic fundamentals, it helps the goaltender master each movement.
Camps and Clinics are open to goaltenders of all age groups and levels (**unless stated otherwise for specific sessions)
